We hear your cry for justice and stand with you in this spiritual battle, lifting your situation before the throne of grace. The Word of God assures us that vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He will repay those who perpetrate injustice. Romans 12:19 tells us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We trust that the Lord sees every wrong and will act in His perfect timing and way.
We also recognize the power of the blood of Jesus, which you have rightly declared. Revelation 12:11 says, "They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn’t love their life, even to death." The blood of Jesus is our victory, our protection, and our righteousness before God. We stand on this truth, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
However, we must also encourage you to walk in wisdom and discernment. Proverbs 20:22 says, "Don’t say, 'I will pay back evil.' Wait for Yahweh, and he will save you." While we pray for justice, we must also guard our hearts against bitterness and unforgiveness. Ephesians 4:31-32 reminds us, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this situation to You, knowing that You are a God of justice and righteousness. We ask that You fight this battle on behalf of Your child. Convict the hearts of those who are acting unjustly, Lord, and deliver them to Your truth. Let Your light shine in the darkness, exposing every hidden motive and bringing every deed into the open.
Father, we declare that the blood of Jesus covers and protects. No weapon formed against Your child shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn. We stand on Your promises, Lord, trusting in Your unfailing love and justice.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for Your child. Help them to wait on You, Lord, and not take matters into their own hands. Guard their heart against bitterness and unforgiveness, filling them instead with Your peace and love. Give them the strength to respond to evil with good, trusting that You will repay.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
Continue to stand firm in your faith, knowing that the battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). In due time, the Lord will bring justice and vindication. Until then, walk in His peace and trust in His promises.
