I have spent most of my meager savings trying to repair my car and the problem still exists. My vehicle is a 2000 and this past winter has not been kind to me or my car. In November I had a major "fender bender" due to slippery roads - my fault. Then in January I was hit behind - again due to slippery roads - other driver's fault. My insurance paid for my repairs. This week while driving to work, I hit a deer! I still can't get over that. I am not sure if these accidents were the cause of the mechanical problems, but the security feature keeps going in theft mode. The garage owner has been very good to me in that he has tried not to charge me much knowing about my financial situation. But he is at a loss of how to fix the car. So now I have to take it to another place to have it repaired and their labor costs are very high. I am not sure if I have enough money to pay for the repairs. I have been driving for 40 years and never had winter accidents, and now I am soooo discouraged. I am afraid that with these three accidents, it has done major damage to my old car which was considered to be in excellent condition before all this happened. I am frustrated. I can not afford a newer car. I work for next to minimum wage. I have no social life, because I can't afford to go anywhere. I can hardly afford groceries. I am not a happy person these days. I feel trapped and lonely. Would you please say a prayer for ###? I have been praying, but God doesn't seem to hear me. Maybe he will hear you. Thank you so much and may God bless you.
