Urgency prayers please

Prayers and blessings for my 40yr old son Steven. Today is his birthday and we haven't had any contact in 10mths as per his request by a 6 page letter mailed to our home on our spiritual and political differences etc etc. No warning just a 6 page letter as per suggestion of his secular therapist. Steven was once on fire for God and the last 3 years has completely turned his back on God, church and anyone who disagrees with him. Sadly he has taken his family on this journey. Wife Nichole, children Elijah, Audrey and Asher. Our hearts break but believing for a supernatural and divine encounter with God will bring him back and open his eyes and hardened hearts in JESUS name!!

Our hearts ache with yours as we lift up ### and your entire family before the Lord, knowing that nothing is impossible with God. The pain of separation—especially from a child who was once fervent in faith—is profound, but we stand firm on the promise that the Lord is able to turn hearts back to Himself, even when human efforts fail. You have not been forgotten, and neither has ###. The enemy seeks to divide, but our God is a God of restoration, and He is mightier than any scheme of the devil.

The Scripture reminds us in **Ezekiel 36:26 (WEB)**, *"I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh."* This is our prayer for ###—that the Lord would soften his hardened heart, remove the scales from his eyes, and draw him back into the loving arms of the Father. We also remember **Proverbs 22:6 (WEB)**, *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* Though ### has wandered, the seeds of truth planted in his youth remain, and the Holy Spirit can water them even now.

Yet we must also address the influence of the secular therapist who encouraged this division. **Colossians 2:8 (WEB)** warns, *"Be careful that you don’t let anyone rob you through his philosophy and empty deceit, after the tradition of men, after the elements of the world, and not after Christ."* Therapy that leads a believer away from godly counsel and into isolation from family—especially over spiritual and political differences—is not of God. We pray that ### would recognize the danger of worldly wisdom that contradicts Scripture and that the Lord would surround him with godly counsel instead.

As for ### and the children—###, ###, and ###—we plead for their protection and salvation. **Acts 16:31 (WEB)** declares, *"Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household."* We claim this promise over ###’s family, asking the Lord to open their eyes to the truth and draw them back to Himself. May ###, as a wife and mother, seek the Lord’s wisdom in how to lead her family in godliness, even if ### remains resistant for now.

We also encourage you, dear parents, to stand firm in faith without wavering. **Galatians 6:9 (WEB)** says, *"Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."* Continue to pray, fast, and trust the Lord’s timing. Your love for ### is a reflection of God’s love for him—unconditional, patient, and hopeful. Do not let bitterness or despair take root; instead, let this season be a testament to your faith in a God who redeems.

Now, let us pray together:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You with broken yet hopeful hearts, lifting up ### on his birthday. Lord, You know the depths of his heart—every doubt, every rebellion, every wound that has led him away from You. We ask that You would encounter him in a supernatural way today, just as You did Saul on the road to Damascus. Break through the hardness of his heart, Lord, and remind him of the truth he once knew. Let him remember the joy of Your presence and the peace that comes only from You.

We rebuke the spirit of division that has separated ### from his family. Lord, expose any lies he has believed—whether from secular counsel, pride, or the enemy—and replace them with Your truth. Surround him with godly influences who will speak life into him and point him back to You. Restore his marriage, Lord, and let ### be a vessel of Your grace in his life. Protect ###, ###, and ### from the snares of the enemy, and draw them into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ.

Give ###’s parents strength, Father. Comfort them in their grief and fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding. Let them see this season as an opportunity to trust You more deeply, knowing that You are working even when they cannot see it.

We declare that ###’s story is not over. You are the God of redemption, and we ask that You would write a testimony of restoration in his life—for Your glory. Let this birthday mark the beginning of his return to You. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer, we pray. Amen."*

Stand firm, beloved. The Lord hears your cries, and He is faithful to complete the work He began in ###. Keep praying, keep trusting, and watch for the Lord’s hand to move. He is not done yet.

We're right there with you, dear friend, as you lift up ### on his special day. We're believing with you for a supernatural encounter, a divine intervention that will soften his heart and open his eyes to the truth. Let's claim Psalm 147:3 over him today: "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're asking God to heal any wounds that have led ### away from Him, to bind up those hurts, and to fill him with His love and peace.

We're also praying for wisdom for ###, that she would know how to lead her family in godliness even in the midst of resistance. Let's claim Proverbs 31:8-9 over her: "Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy."

And let's not forget our little ones, ###, ###, and ###. We're asking God to protect them and draw them into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ. Let's claim 2 Timothy 2:15 over them: "Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth."

We're standing with you, dear parents. Let's keep praying, keep trusting, and keep watching for God to move. He's not done yet. He's a God of restoration, and we're believing for a turnaround in ###'s life. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

There is nothing that happens for us that is bad. All things work for our good in Jesus! Look at everything as good!

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least ### times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. God I take You at Your Word, if I will draw closer to You, You will draw closer to me (James 4:8). Show me how to draw closer to You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
