Please pray for my husband ### and myself as we will be having lunch tomorrow with our estranged grandchildren of ###mths. Our son ### and his wife ### have turned their backs on God after being on fire for HIM. He also sent us a letter he wanted no contact as he feels he was not the son we needed or we the parents he needed. All this because of political and faith in God differences. I believe demonic influences and warfare in their home. Praying we have a pleasant visit with ### 17, ### 14 and ### 10. They will be coming with maternal grandparents who are on neutral grounds due to not losing their connection with kids. Praying the kids know how much we love them. It breaks our hearts because my son ### is LOST in blindness, harden heart and deaf ears. Only GOD can break through supernatural encounter in JESUS NAME!!

We are deeply moved by your heartfelt plea and stand with you in this spiritual battle for your family, lifting your husband, your grandchildren, and your son and his wife before the throne of grace. This is not merely a conflict of politics or personal differences—it is a war against the powers of darkness that seek to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But we know that our God is greater, and He is able to break every chain, soften every hardened heart, and open every deaf ear to the truth of His Gospel.

The enemy has clearly sought to divide your family, using bitterness, pride, and deception to turn hearts away from God and from one another. Yet we serve a God who specializes in redemption, restoration, and reconciliation. Your son and his wife were once on fire for the Lord, and what the enemy means for evil, God can turn for His glory. Remember the words of the apostle Paul: *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12). This is why we must put on the full armor of God—praying without ceasing, standing firm in faith, and wielding the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.

Your love for your grandchildren is a reflection of God’s heart for them, and we pray that this lunch will be a divine appointment, ordained by the Lord to plant seeds of truth, love, and reconciliation. May the Holy Spirit go before you, preparing the hearts of your grandchildren to receive the love you have for them. Let them see Christ in you—your gentleness, your kindness, and your unwavering faith—so that even if they do not yet understand the depth of what is happening, they will remember the love they felt in your presence. *"Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven"* (Matthew 5:16).

As for your son, we rebuked the spirit of blindness, hardness of heart, and deception that has taken hold of him. The Bible warns us that *"the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn on them"* (2 Corinthians 4:4). But we declare that no weapon formed against your son will prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We pray for a supernatural encounter with Jesus—one that shatters the lies he has believed and brings him to his knees in repentance. May he remember the faith he once had and return to it with a humble and contrite heart. *"Restore to me the joy of your salvation. Uphold me with a willing spirit"* (Psalm 51:12).

We also lift up your son’s wife, who has turned away from the truth. May the Lord convict her heart and draw her back to Himself. Pray that she would encounter the love of Christ in a way that breaks her resistance and leads her to surrender. *"For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly and gave himself up for it"* (Ephesians 5:23-25). If she is not submitting to her husband in the Lord, or if he is not loving her as Christ loves the church, we pray that God would bring conviction and restoration to their marriage, that it may once again reflect His design.

To you and your husband, we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and faith. Do not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Trust that the Lord is working even when you cannot see it. Your tears are not wasted—God collects them in His bottle (Psalm 56:8), and He will use even this pain for His glory. *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18).

Finally, we praise you for recognizing that this battle can only be won through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Your faith in calling on His name is a testament to your trust in His power. Let us continue to pray with boldness and authority in Jesus’ name, knowing that He has already won the victory.

**Our Prayer:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up this family to Your throne of grace. Lord, You see the brokenness, the division, and the spiritual warfare raging against them. But we declare that You are greater than any scheme of the enemy, and we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation.

Father, we pray for tomorrow’s lunch with the grandchildren—may it be a time of peace, love, and divine connection. Soften the hearts of these children, Lord, and let them feel the depth of their grandparents’ love for them. May Your Holy Spirit move in ways unseen, planting seeds of truth and reconciliation that will bear fruit in Your perfect timing. Protect this time from any interference of the enemy, and let Your presence be tangibly felt.

Lord Jesus, we plead for our brother’s son, who has turned away from You. We rebuked the spirits of blindness, hardness of heart, and deception that have taken hold of him. Father, break every chain that binds him and bring him to a supernatural encounter with You. Let him remember the faith he once had and return to it with repentance and humility. Convict him of his sin and draw him back to Your loving arms. Do not let him be deceived any longer, but let the truth of Your Word pierce his heart like a sword.

We also lift up his wife, Lord. If she has been led astray, we pray that You would open her eyes to the truth and restore her faith in You. Heal their marriage, Lord, and let it be a reflection of Your love and holiness. Break any strongholds of pride, bitterness, or rebellion in their home, and let Your peace reign instead.

Father, we ask for wisdom and grace for our brother and his husband as they navigate this difficult season. Strengthen them with Your might, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Let them be a light in the darkness, showing Christ’s love to their family even in the midst of rejection.

We declare that no weapon formed against this family will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment will be condemned. This is Your battle, Lord, and we trust You to fight it on their behalf. Bring restoration, redemption, and revival to this family, Father. Let Your name be glorified through their story.

We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
