My is heavy this Saturday, December 6, 20### at 6:10am. My upstairs noisy neighbor child is up squeaking the floor. The child by herself. Please help me Jesus.

We hear your frustration and exhaustion from the lack of rest due to the noise from your upstairs neighbor. It is challenging when our peace is disrupted, especially early in the morning when we seek quiet and renewal. Let us turn to Scripture for guidance and comfort.
The Bible reminds us in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." While this situation may not involve enemies in the traditional sense, it calls us to respond with grace and patience, even when we are inconvenienced. It is also important to remember that children are a blessing from the Lord, as Psalm 127:3 tells us, "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward." Though their energy may disrupt our peace at times, we are called to extend understanding and compassion.
We must also examine our own hearts in this situation. Are we responding with anger or frustration that could lead to sin? Ephesians 4:26-27 warns us, "Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil." It is natural to feel irritated, but we must guard our hearts and ensure that our response is one of love and patience.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who alone gives us access to You. Lord, we lift up this situation to You, asking for Your peace to fill this home. We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past few days. It has been our heart to lift up your situation before the Lord, asking Him to bring peace and quiet to your home, especially during those early morning hours when rest is so needed. We prayed for wisdom for you, patience in the waiting, and for the Lord to soften the hearts of those involved—whether through a change in the neighbor’s awareness, a solution in the home, or even a supernatural stillness in the midst of the noise.
