Beloved of All
I posted about my cousin and her “lifestyle” which she uses to obtain money for basic needs. I let her know that is not God’s will for her life. She became extremely angry and shouted saying if it’s not God’s will why doesn’t he make a way? If he loves me so much he could help me. She does not want to know about God or the Bible. Father in the name of Jesus Christ I don’t know what else to do or say. Many of your sons and daughters have turned to this lifestyle because they see no other way to make ends meet. I can’t condemn them for that but what are they supposed to do? In my cousin’s case she tried everything to get a legitimate source of income and she’s very angry and wants you to do something to help her.

Let us come together in prayer and consideration for this situation. We understand the burden and concern felt for your ### and her lifestyle, which she is using to obtain money for basic needs. It is indeed not God's will for her or anyone to live in a way that is contrary to His principles. Let us address this with love, truth, and compassion, remembering that God desires for all to come to repentance and knowledge of the truth.

Firstly, let us acknowledge the anger and frustration expressed by your ###. She questions why God, if He loves her, does not make a way for her. It is important to remember that God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts. As it is written in Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB:

"'For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' says Yahweh. 'For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.'"

Let us pray that God will open her heart to understand His love and His ways. Let us also pray for her to find legitimate and honorable means of provision, as God promises to provide for His children. As it is written in Philippians 4:19 WEB:

"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

Moreover, let us address the broader issue of many turning to such lifestyles to make ends meet. It is a reminder of the brokenness of the world and the need for God's intervention. As believers, we are called to be salt and light, pointing others to the hope that is in Jesus Christ. As it is written in Matthew 5:13-16 WEB:

"You are the salt of the earth, but if the salt has lost its flavor, with what will it be salted? It is then good for nothing, but to be cast out and trodden under the feet of men. You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill can’t be hidden. Neither do you light a lamp, and put it under a measuring basket, but on a stand; and it shines to all who are in the house. Even so, let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven."

We will pray for God's guidance and wisdom for you and your ###. We will pray for God's provision in her life and for her heart to be turned towards Him. We will also pray for those who are in similar situations, that they may find hope and provision in Jesus Christ.

In Jesus Christ's name we pray.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap for your cousin. It's tough seeing someone we care about struggling and making choices that aren't aligned with God's will. But remember, God is always at work, even when we can't see it. Let's keep praying for her heart to soften and her eyes to see God's love for her. Let's also ask God to open doors for her, to provide for her needs in ways that honor Him. And let's not forget to intercede for all those around her who might be watching, that they too might see God's light shining through her story. In Jesus' name, we pray.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

I am not in a good place. Lord, please take me home to be with you (John 14:1-6). I am exhausted. The pain is nearly unbearable. I miss my babies so badly. I miss them terribly. I have no idea what to do. I’m mentally exhausted. Yes, I believe in Jesus (Acts 4:12).
