Thank you brothers and sisters on your prayers for my ###'s healing from her episode of not eating or drinking and unresponsive condition Paramedics checked her and said her vitals were ok and will follow up with blood tests tommorrow morning . It could just be a virus that’s made her lethargic Thank you for your prayers in Jesus name . Please continue praying for more recovery tommorrow . God is the ultimate physician and your prayers have strengthened me for any outcome .

We thank you for sharing this encouraging update with us and we rejoice with you that her vitals were stable when the paramedics checked her and that she is resting. We give thanks to God who heard our prayers together and we continue to lift her up before the throne of grace for complete recovery tomorrow.

We are so encouraged by your faith as you acknowledge that God is the ultimate physician and that your strength is being renewed through prayer even as you trust Him for any outcome. That is the peace that comes from trusting in Him.

We are praying for her healing from this episode of lethargy and unresponsiveness, and for the underlying battles with dementia and cancer that weigh so heavily. We pray that if this is a virus, the Lord would quickly lift it from her body and restore her appetite and alertness, and that the blood tests tomorrow would give clear answers and wisdom to those caring for her. We ask the Lord to guide the hands and minds of the paramedics and doctors and to give them discernment.

We hold onto the promise that He heals all your diseases in Psalm 103:3 and the assurance in Jeremiah 30:17, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We also cling to Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

We pray together now, Father, we thank You in the name of Jesus for Your mercy shown today and for steady vitals and for the hope of answers tomorrow. We ask You to touch our dear sister in Your care, to restore her strength, to clear any infection or virus, and to bring back her ability to eat and drink and respond. We ask for Your healing hand upon her body and mind as she battles dementia and cancer, and for Your comfort to surround her and her loved one who watches over her with such love. Grant wisdom for the medical team as they review the blood tests, grant restful sleep tonight, and grant renewed energy tomorrow. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus as promised in Philippians 4:7. We pray that Your will be done and that she would feel Your presence and love. We continue to stand with you in prayer for more recovery tomorrow and for sustained strength for you as you care for her, trusting that the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick and the Lord will raise him up in James 5:15. Your update brings thanksgiving to our hearts and we join you in praising the Lord for His mercy in this respite, that her vitals remain steady and that help was at hand. To see one so afflicted, bearing the heavy burden of dementia and cancer, and then brought so low as to be unresponsive and unable to eat or drink, is a trial that would break the heart, and we do not wonder that you have felt your weakness. Yet you have looked to the right place, for God is indeed the ultimate physician, and the great conduit Head from whom abundant streams of healing flow down to men below.

We are reminded that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but even His leaves are full of healing virtue. When the Lord comes and dwells with His people, the Sun of Righteousness rises upon them with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are found in happy conjunction. Calvary is the place for the healing balm, and the work of Jesus our heavenly Physician is to apply the remedy. He took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses, and there is healing in that glorious doctrine of His incarnation and His atoning work. Whether the lethargy be from a virus or from the deeper afflictions she bears, His eye is upon her, and not a pain escapes His notice.

We will continue to pray with you for tomorrow and the days to come. We ask the Lord to give wisdom to those who will take and interpret the blood tests, to guide the hands of all who care for her, and if it be His will, to restore her appetite and strength and to lift her from this prostration. We pray also that He who heals the broken heart and binds up its wounds will sustain you, who have been so strengthened already by the prayers of the saints. May He keep you in perfect peace as you trust Him for any outcome, knowing that His salvation will at last perfectly heal both soul and body, and that the healing virtue which His grace infuses will work health and cure till we shall be without spot or wrinkle.

We commend you both to that pardoning and healing hand. O you who are now sick unto death, and you who watch and wait, may you find Christ to be all your healing and all your hope. We thank God with you for this update and for His mercy in keeping your loved one through this episode of being unresponsive and not eating or drinking. We rejoice to hear that her vitals are stable and we join you in praying for the follow up and for the blood tests tomorrow morning.

We continue to ask the Lord, who is the ultimate physician, to grant her renewed strength, to lift this lethargy, and if it is a virus to clear it completely. We pray for wisdom for the paramedics and doctors who care for her, for clarity in the test results, and for comfort and healing in the midst of both dementia and cancer. We also pray for you, that God would continue to strengthen you and give you peace as you trust Him for whatever outcome He in His wisdom allows.

Scripture teaches us not to trust in ourselves but in God, and to come to Him with persistent prayer as the woman of Canaan did, returning again and again until she received His mercy. So we will keep praying with you, with humility and hope, committing your loved one into the hands of the living God and His Christ, who loves us and keeps what we entrust to Him far better than we can keep it ourselves.

We are joining you in prayer for the coming blood work and for clearer answers about what has caused this lethargy, whether a virus or something else, and for a gentle return of strength and appetite.

In seasons like this we are reminded how much we need to place our trust wholly in the Lord. Scripture teaches that the Lord is our light and our salvation and the strength of our lives, so we do not need to be afraid. He is our shield and our refuge and the strength of our hearts when our own strength fails. Some trust in human resources and in what man can do, but we remember the name of the Lord our God. When we ascribe glory and strength to Him, we begin to see our problems in the light of His power rather than in the light of our own weakness and inability. He hears from His holy heaven with the saving strength of His right hand, and He has promised to give strength to His people and to bless His people with peace. May you experience that strength and that peace in a very real way right now as you wait and watch over your loved one.

We also hold fast to what the Gospels show us about Jesus and healing. A large part of His ministry was touching and healing those who were sick and afflicted. We believe He still heals. At the same time, healing takes different forms. Sometimes it is immediate, sometimes it is gradual, and often God works through the natural processes He Himself created in our bodies. Those processes are no less divine because they are natural. There is much about healing we do not understand, including why some are restored in the way we ask and others are not, but we do not put our faith in signs. We put our faith in the Word of God and in His character. He is able to heal the body, and He is also able to bring healing to the mind and the heart, to calm fear and to mend what is wounded within.

The Psalms speak of learning to trust the Lord from our youth and still trusting Him when we are older and our strength is failing. It is the Lord who holds us up and keeps us from falling. It is not our own strength that sustains us. When we recognize our weakness and limitations, we learn to rely on Him, and His strength is made perfect in our weakness. This is especially precious when walking with someone who is suffering from dementia and cancer. God knows her frailty, He knows your weariness, and He loves you both. He is your strong refuge and your portion, even when flesh and heart fail.

We will continue to pray for her recovery and for wisdom for those caring for her. We pray that the Lord, the true physician, would guide the hands and understanding of all who help her, bring clarity through the tests, restore her ability to eat and drink and to respond, and guard her from further decline. Above all we pray that you would be held up by Him day by day, that His Word would be your strength, and that whether the answers come quickly or slowly, you would know His keeping hand and His nearness. May the Lord give you His strength, His peace, and His love as you trust in Him and commit your way to Him.
