Update: My Circumstance Is The Same But Different

I awake just now and I either figured this out or God spoke to me because it seems clear to me that Gina is mentally unhealthier than I first thought. When I visited her last year there were a lot of red flags I ignored and most of them were the subtle ways her sister and others act with her. Even in online social media there are a few smart people that were just handling her different. I still think she she has HPD but there is more like a mild dementia or something. She is so functional otherwise so it's stealthy and under the radar. I'm at a loss what to do and feel.  I'm stuck.
