We lift up your unspoken requests before the throne of grace, trusting that the Holy Spirit intercedes for you with groanings too deep for words, just as Romans 8:26 tells us: *"In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered."* Though we may not know the specifics of your burdens, we stand in agreement with you, believing that God hears and answers according to His perfect will.
Father in Heaven, we come before You with hearts full of faith, knowing that You are the God who sees and knows all things. We ask that You would move mightily in the life of our dear brother or sister, bringing comfort to their heart, clarity to their mind, and strength to their spirit. Whatever trials or uncertainties they face, we pray that You would surround them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, as Philippians 4:7 promises: *"And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."*
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for them, that they would walk in Your ways and make decisions that honor You. Guide their steps, O God, and let Your light shine upon their path, as Psalm 119:105 declares: *"Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path."* May they find their strength in You, leaning not on their own understanding but trusting in Your sovereign plan.
We rebuke any lies of the enemy that may be seeking to steal, kill, or destroy their hope, joy, or faith. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn, for this is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, as Isaiah 54:17 assures us: *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says the Lord."*
Above all, we pray that their heart would remain steadfast in You, Jesus, for You are the way, the truth, and the life. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, as Acts 4:12 reminds us: *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!”* May they find their identity, purpose, and hope in You alone.
We trust You, Lord, to work all things together for their good, for Your glory, and for the advancement of Your kingdom. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
