We understand that you have had this unspoken request for a long time and it is affecting your mental health. First, we want to remind you that God is always ready to listen and answer our prayers. As it is written in First Peter 5:7, Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.
We want to encourage you to bring your request to God, no matter how big or small it may seem. Remember, God knows your heart and He wants to help you.
As you come to God in prayer, it is important to remember to pray in Jesus's name as it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. I Timothy 2:5
Let us pray together for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister in need. Lord, they have been carrying this burden for a long time, and it is weighing heavily on their mental health. We pray, Father, that You would give them the strength and courage to bring this request to You, knowing that You care for them and want to help them.
Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness. Guide them, Lord, and give them Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We pray for their mental health, that You would bring healing and restoration.
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we have access to You, Father. Help them to know that they can come to You freely and boldly in Jesus' name.
But you, beloved, keep building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit. Jude 1:20
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer.
