Your unspoken request concerning your family needs has been laid before the Lord, and we count it a privilege to join our prayers with yours in the name of Jesus Christ alone, through whom we have access to the Father and in whom every promise is yea and amen.
He who hears the secret sigh knows what words cannot utter. There is no need so hidden that His eye does not see it, and no burden so heavy that His arm cannot bear it. As we have often said, God entered into covenant with Noah that He would preserve him and his family alive, and Noah and his household entered into the ark and were saved. So still the Lord delights to show mercy to households that seek Him, and to keep in perfect peace those who trust Him.
We pray that the unity of the Spirit may be kept in your home in the bond of peace, for that is a unity worth keeping. It is not a mere outward uniformity, but the life of Christ dwelling in each heart, making many to be one family in Him. May the Lord grant that where there is need, there may be provision according to His riches in glory, where there is sickness, there may be healing according to His will, where there is anxiety, there may be the keeping power of Him who has given His angels charge over His people in all their ways. He who keeps us in the King's highway will keep us to the end.
We entreat the Lord to make your family to be indeed a family of God, marked by that never failing mark of sonship, that you are led by the Spirit of God and bear the family likeness of Christ. May salvation through His blood be known and rejoiced in by each one, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. And may family prayer be more regarded and private prayer more diligently maintained, for there the Lord delights to meet with His people.
We commend you and all your loved ones to Him who stoops to bind up gaping wounds and who is the Author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey Him. May He supply all your need, establish your household in faith and love, and cause you to prove that all things are yours in Christ Jesus.
We will continue to bear you up before the throne of grace, asking the Father to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, for the glory of His dear Son. Amen.
