I tell you about these things beforehand—just as I also told you before—that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God."* These are not merely human flaws but evidence of spiritual strongholds that must be broken in the name of Jesus Christ.
The enemy seeks to create chaos, division, and distraction through idle hands and wicked tongues. Proverbs 16:28 warns, *"A perverse man stirs up dissension, and a gossip separates close friends."* And 2 Thessalonians 3:11-12 exposes the danger of idleness: *"We hear that some among you are idle. They are not busy but busybodies. We command and exhort such people by our Lord Jesus Christ to work quietly and eat their own bread."* Laziness and meddling are not harmless—they open doors for the enemy to exploit weakness, fueling envy, strife, and even demonic oppression.
We also recognize the demonic imitation at work here—false authority, voyeurism, and the pretense of righteousness while engaging in wickedness. Provide honest work for the idle, that their hands may be occupied with fruitful labor rather than destructive schemes. Break the spirit of poverty and unemployment that fuels desperation and sin.
For those who are targets of slander and bullying, we ask for Your protection and vindication. *"No weapon formed against them shall prosper"* (Isaiah 54:17). Surround their homes with Your angels, Lord, and let no evil cross their thresholds.
