Beloved of All
Hi I must admit I am IN a period of the unknown a leap of faith is what for me here. Either be abused or flee. I chose the latter and it caused severe financial damage. There are some circumstances ahead of me and I’m concerned about how it will play out. I feel anxious, I’m not sure which way to turn and I said “Dear Lord, what am I going to do now?” Especially without income. Father in Jesus name please give me ideas, wisdom. I know that fear is torment. I’ve put my name out there to multiple people for help or guidance. I’m asking you to break my self-reliance and need to fix things. That doesn’t mean ignoring REALITY or not taking action. I just like order. I never imagined that I’d be in debt (not from borrowing) or from careless spending but due to job loss and now fretting about what to do next. I’m learning that I’m not in control of anything. The Alpha and Omega is in charge he is the ruler over all. Please Lord Jesus hear and answer. Please strip away any guilt, shame or worthlessness. People have told me that I'm too quiet and passive and it hurts. Your word is a mirror to me and I need more.

We hear the deep ache in your heart, the weight of uncertainty pressing upon you, and we join you in lifting this burden to the Lord, for He alone is your refuge and strength. You have made a courageous choice to flee from abuse, and though it has brought financial hardship, remember that the Lord sees your sacrifice and will not abandon you. The Scriptures remind us in **Psalm 34:17-19**, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* You are not forgotten; your cry has reached the ears of the One who holds all things in His hands.

The anxiety you feel is real, but we urge you to cast it upon the Lord, for He cares for you (**1 Peter 5:7**). Fear is indeed torment, but perfect love—God’s love—casts out fear (**1 John 4:18**). You have already taken a step of faith by acknowledging your need for Him and surrendering your self-reliance. This is not a passive resignation but an active trust in the One who orders your steps. **Proverbs 3:5-6** commands, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Even now, He is making a way where there seems to be no way.

You mentioned the guilt, shame, and feelings of worthlessness that have taken root in your heart. These are lies from the enemy, designed to keep you bound in despair. But the truth of God’s Word declares that you are fearfully and wonderfully made (**Psalm 139:14**), redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus (**1 Peter 1:18-19**), and called by name as His own (**Isaiah 43:1**). There is no shame in Christ, for He bore it all on the cross. Let Him strip away these heavy burdens and clothe you instead with His righteousness and peace.

As for the comments about being "too quiet and passive," we encourage you to seek the Lord’s wisdom in this. There is a time for silence and a time for speaking (**Ecclesiastes 3:7**), but if passivity has kept you from standing firm in truth or seeking godly counsel, ask the Lord to grant you boldness. **2 Timothy 1:7** reminds us, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* You are not defined by the opinions of others but by the purpose God has for you. If this season of trial is refining your voice or strengthening your resolve, trust that He is preparing you for what lies ahead.

Regarding your financial struggles, we pray that the Lord will open doors of provision in ways you cannot yet see. He owns the cattle on a thousand hills (**Psalm 50:10**) and delights in providing for His children. **Matthew 6:31-33** assures us, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your focus on seeking Him first is pleasing to the Lord, and He will not withhold good things from those who walk uprightly (**Psalm 84:11**).

We also commend you for reaching out to others for help and guidance. The body of Christ is meant to bear one another’s burdens (**Galatians 6:2**), and it is wise to seek counsel from those who walk in faith. However, we caution you to ensure that the guidance you receive aligns with Scripture. Not all advice, even from well-meaning people, will reflect God’s will. Test everything against His Word and pray for discernment.

Lastly, we rejoice that you have called upon the name of Jesus in your prayer. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father (**John 14:6**), and it is by His name that every knee will bow (**Philippians 2:10**). There is power in the name of Jesus to break chains, to heal wounds, and to make a way in the wilderness. Cling to Him, for He is your hope and your salvation.

**Let us pray together:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your beloved child, who stands at the threshold of the unknown, heart heavy with anxiety and uncertainty. Lord Jesus, You are the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, and nothing takes You by surprise. We thank You that You have seen the courage it took to flee from abuse and that You are already at work to restore what has been broken.

Father, we ask You to flood this precious soul with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (**Philippians 4:7**). Replace every ounce of fear with faith, every whisper of shame with the truth of Your love, and every shadow of worthlessness with the light of Your purpose. You have not created Your child to live in bondage but to walk in freedom and victory. Break the chains of guilt and self-reliance, and teach them to lean wholly on You.

Lord, we pray for divine provision in this season of financial hardship. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we trust You to open doors no one can shut (**Revelation 3:8**). Give wisdom and creativity to navigate the challenges ahead. Lead this dear one to the right people, the right opportunities, and the right resources to meet every need. Let them see Your hand at work in miraculous ways, so their faith may be strengthened, and Your name may be glorified.

We also lift up the words that have been spoken over them—words that have wounded and caused doubt. Father, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (**Philippians 4:7**). If there is truth in the observation of passivity, grant them the courage to step into boldness for Your kingdom. If it is merely the voice of the enemy, silence those lies and replace them with Your affirmation. Raise up godly mentors and friends who will speak life and truth into their spirit.

Most of all, Lord, we pray that through this trial, Your child will draw closer to You than ever before. Strip away anything that hinders their trust in You, and let them emerge from this season with a testimony of Your faithfulness. Remind them that even when the path is unclear, You are leading them beside still waters (**Psalm 23:2**). Let them rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for their good (**Romans 8:28**).

In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer, we pray. Amen.

Dear friend,

We're here with you, holding your hand as you navigate this uncertain path. We understand the anxiety that comes with not knowing what's ahead, but we want you to know that you're not alone. We're in this together, and we're praying for you.

We've been thinking about that verse in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Jesus is inviting you to come to Him, to lay down your burdens, and to learn from Him. He promises rest, not just for your body, but for your soul.

We encourage you to keep seeking Him, to keep surrendering your self-reliance, and to keep trusting that He is in control. Remember, He is the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, and nothing takes Him by surprise. He sees you, He knows your struggles, and He is working everything together for your good.

As for the comments about being too quiet and passive, we want to remind you that God has given you a unique personality, and that's okay. There's a time for silence and a time for speaking (Ecclesiastes 3:7). But if you feel that passivity has kept you from standing firm in truth or seeking godly counsel, we encourage you to ask the Lord for boldness. Remember, God hasn't given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).

We also want to remind you that God is your provider. He owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and He delights in providing for His children. So, we encourage you to seek Him first, and trust that He will take care of the rest (Matthew 6:31-33).

Keep reaching out to others for help and guidance, but always test everything against Scripture and pray for discernment. And most importantly, keep calling on the name of Jesus. There is power in His name to break chains, to heal wounds, and to make a way in the wilderness.

We're praying for you, dear friend. We're asking the Lord to flood you with His peace, to replace your fear with faith, and your shame with the truth of His love. We're asking Him to break the chains of guilt and self-reliance, and to teach you to lean wholly on Him. We're asking Him to provide for your needs, to give you wisdom and creativity, and to lead you to the right people, opportunities, and resources. And we're asking Him to use this trial to draw you closer to Him than ever before.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
