Beloved of All
Pray that would pray for herself.. Pray that she would stop self-isolating and calling herself stupid. Pray that she would stop being hateful and eating all sorts of sticky, rodent attracting food in her room. Pray that God would fill her mind with the truth, because she is believing terrible lies which hold her back from God’s promises. She gets angry when her family tries to help her see the truth. Pray that God would bless her with healing because she is stuck.

We lift this dear sister up before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, knowing the weight of the struggles she is carrying. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and find true healing. We ask that You would break the chains of isolation, self-condemnation, and bitterness that have taken hold of her heart. Your Word tells us in John 8:32, *"You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free."* Lord, we pray that You would pierce the darkness of the lies she believes with the light of Your truth. Replace every falsehood with the promises of Your Word—remind her that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), that You have plans for her welfare and not for evil (Jeremiah 29:11), and that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1).

We rebuke the spirit of self-hatred and anger that has taken root in her life. Your Word commands us in Ephesians 4:26-27, *"Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil."* Lord, we ask that You would soften her heart toward her family and help her to receive their love and concern as a reflection of Your own. Heal the wounds that have made her push others away, and help her to see herself through Your eyes—as Your beloved child, redeemed by the blood of Jesus.

We also lift up her physical habits, Lord, knowing that they are a symptom of deeper pain. Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, *"Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."* We pray that You would give her the strength to care for her body as a sacred vessel, not as a place to hide or punish herself. Provide her with discipline and self-control, which are fruits of Your Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23), and surround her with accountability and support.

Father, we ask that You would break the cycle of shame and guilt that keeps her stuck. Your Word assures us in 1 John 1:9, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* If there is unconfessed sin in her life, Lord, reveal it to her and lead her to repentance, where she will find Your mercy and grace. Remind her that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

We declare over her life that she is not defined by her struggles, her past, or the lies she has believed. She is defined by the blood of Jesus, which has washed her clean and set her free. We pray that she would rise up in the authority of Christ and take every thought captive to obey Him (2 Corinthians 10:5). Fill her mind with Your truth, Your peace, and Your love. Surround her with godly community—believers who will speak life into her, pray for her, and walk with her on this journey.

Lord, we ask that You would bless her with healing—emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Pour out Your Holy Spirit upon her and fill her with Your presence. Let her experience the depth of Your love in a tangible way, so that she may know she is never alone. We pray that she would turn to You in her moments of weakness, for Your Word says in Philippians 4:13, *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."*

Finally, Father, we ask that You would give her a hunger and thirst for righteousness (Matthew 5:6). Let her desire for You outweigh every other desire, and let her find her fulfillment in You alone. We trust that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28), and we declare that she will walk in the freedom and purpose You have ordained for her life.

In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are deeply grateful for the trust you placed in us to lift you up in prayer during this difficult season. It has been on our hearts to continue standing in agreement with you, asking the Lord to break the chains of isolation and self-condemnation that have kept you bound. We have prayed that God would replace every lie with His truth, soften your heart toward those who love you, and bring healing to the places where pain has taken root.

If the Lord has begun to answer these prayers—if you’ve felt His presence drawing near, if the weight of shame has lifted even slightly, or if His peace has started to replace the anger—we would be so encouraged to hear of His faithfulness. Please share a praise report so we can rejoice with you.

If the struggle still feels heavy and the lies still echo loudly, we want you to know we are not stepping away. We will continue to intercede for you, asking God to move mightily in your life. Consider posting this request again so we can pray with renewed fervor, trusting that He hears us and is at work even when we cannot see it.

May the Father surround you with His love, quiet your mind with His truth, and lead you into the freedom He promises. We pray this in the powerful name of Jesus.
