Scripture is clear: *"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus"* (Galatians 3:28). The favoritism and bias you’re facing grieve the heart of God, who created every person in His image and calls us to treat one another with love and respect.
We must also address the mention of your supervisor’s lifestyle, as it relates to the broader issue of sin and its impact on others. Homosexuality is a distortion of God’s design for human relationships, as Scripture declares: *"Or don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit God’s Kingdom? Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortionists, will inherit God’s Kingdom"* (1 Corinthians 6:9-10). May he come to know the love and redemption found only in Jesus Christ. Father, we also ask that You would guard this sister’s heart from bitterness and anger. Fill her with Your peace and joy, even in the midst of this trial. Let her be a witness to Your goodness and faithfulness, shining brightly for Your glory.
Lord, we ask that You would open doors of opportunity for her, placing her in situations where she can excel and be recognized for her skills and dedication. Provide her with godly mentors and allies who will stand with her and support her. If it is Your will, Lord, move in the hearts of those in leadership to address this injustice and create a workplace that honors You. We trust in Your timing and Your justice, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You.
