U.S. Armed Forces: Protection

[Intercessor]

Father, in the Name of Jesus, please bless and keep the U.S. Armed Forces: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, National Guard and Coast Guard. Give them Godly Chaplains that preach, teach, pastor and counsel. Strengthen their faith. Give angelic protection to them, and guard them from evil, drunkeness, immorality, bullets, bombs, spies, surprise attacks, poison gas, grenades, guns, swords, pocket-knives, militia dressed as civilians, chemical warfare and nuclear weapons. Protect them from misfires and injuring civilians. Bless intelligence and give accurate airstrikes. Keep Iran from getting nuclear capabilities. Expose Islam, Muhammed His Caliphs and their erroneous beliefs. Help the U.S. servicemen pray together, spend time reading the New Testament, and strengthen their communications with loved ones at home. Increase our prayers for them and bring revival to them, through them, to our nation and abroad. Thank you in Jesus Name.

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
