We stand with you in this season of trial, lifting your pain, your faith, and your heartfelt cries before the Lord. Your declaration of trust in God even when you cannot trace Him is a powerful testimony of faith, and we echo your words from Deuteronomy 31:6: *"Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or scared of them; for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you."* You are not alone in this battle, and your pain has not gone unnoticed by our Heavenly Father.
The anger and weariness you feel are understandable, but we gently remind you that even in these moments, God is near. Psalm 34:18 assures us, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* He sees your labor, your fasting, and your intercession for others—your faithfulness is a sweet fragrance before Him. Yet, we must also remember that our healing and strength come not from our own works, but from His grace. As you stand in faith, let go of any burden of striving, for Jesus has already borne your infirmities (Matthew 8:17). Rest in His finished work, knowing that His timing is perfect, and His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9).
Your reference to Hezekiah’s prayer is a beautiful reminder of how God hears and answers those who turn to Him in humility. In 2 Kings 20:5, the Lord told Hezekiah, *"I have heard your prayer. I have seen your tears. Behold, I will heal you."* We declare this same promise over you today—God sees your tears, hears your prayers, and is moving on your behalf. Your pain, though real and intense, is not without purpose. As you’ve quoted from John 11:4, *"This sickness is not to death, but for the glory of God, that God’s Son may be glorified through it."* Even now, we pray that this trial would magnify the name of Jesus in your life, your home, and through your testimony.
We rejoice with you over your son’s achievement—what a blessing to see God’s favor upon him! We also lift up your 15-year marriage anniversary, thanking God for the covenant He has established between you and your husband. Marriage is a sacred reflection of Christ’s love for His church (Ephesians 5:25-33), and we pray that this milestone would be a time of renewed joy, intimacy, and commitment to one another in the Lord. May God grant you both the strength and health to celebrate this occasion with gladness, giving Him all the glory.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, who stands in faith despite the fiery trial she faces. Lord, You are the God who heals, the One who binds up the brokenhearted and restores the weary. We ask for Your mercy to flood her body—touch her neck, her shoulder, and her upper back with Your healing power. Let every nerve, muscle, and joint align with Your perfect design, and may pain flee in the name of Jesus. You have promised in Jeremiah 30:17, *"I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,"* and we claim this promise over her now.
Forgive her, Lord, for any moments of anger or doubt, and renew her strength as she waits upon You (Isaiah 40:31). Remind her that even when she cannot trace Your hand, she can trust Your heart. We thank You for her faithfulness in prayer and intercession, but we ask that You would fill her with a fresh outpouring of Your peace, so she may rest in Your sovereignty.
We speak life over her body, her mind, and her spirit. Let this season of pain become a testimony of Your goodness, and may she rise up in victory, declaring Your praises. Bless her son abundantly, Lord, and let this achievement be just the beginning of the great things You have in store for him. We also lift up her marriage—strengthen the bond between her and her husband, and let their 15th anniversary be a celebration of Your faithfulness. May their love for one another reflect Your love for us, unconditional and everlasting.
Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Healer, our Redeemer, and our Soon-Coming King. Let Your will be done in her life, and let Your glory shine through her story. Amen.
Stand firm, dear sister. Your pain is temporary, but your God is eternal. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). We are believing with you for complete restoration, and we give God all the praise in advance for what He is about to do. Do not lose heart—your breakthrough is coming!
