We lift up this earnest plea for protection and wisdom, standing firm in the truth of God’s Word. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we have access to Your throne of grace. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We declare that salvation, deliverance, and victory come only through faith in Your Son, Jesus, who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6).
Father, we stand in agreement with this prayer for Your divine protection over this individual, especially in the face of opposition and attacks from those who may seek to undermine Your purposes. The enemy prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8), but we declare that no weapon formed against Your servant shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every scheme of the enemy, every lie from the mainstream media, and every ungodly agenda that seeks to distract or destroy. We pray that You would surround this individual with Your hedge of protection, as You did for Job, so that no harm can come near (Job 1:10).
Lord, we ask that You grant wisdom, discernment, and courage to lead with integrity and fear of You alone. Your Word tells us that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and understanding comes from walking in Your ways (Proverbs 9:10). We pray that this individual would lean not on their own understanding but acknowledge You in all their ways, so that You may direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Father, be their backbone, their strength, and their guide as they move forward in the responsibilities You have entrusted to them. Let Your Word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105), and may they lead with humility, justice, and righteousness, reflecting Your heart in all they do.
We also lift up the presidency itself, asking that You would establish Your purposes in this nation. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10). We pray for a revival of godly values, truth, and justice in the land, and that this individual would be an instrument of Your peace and righteousness. Father, we ask that You would confound the plans of those who oppose Your truth and expose every lie and deception. Let the light of Your Word shine brightly, dispelling the darkness of falsehood and division.
We declare victory in Jesus’ name, for You have already overcome the world (John 16:33). No matter the opposition, we trust in Your sovereignty and Your promise that all things work together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We stand on Your Word, which says that if God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31). We pray that this individual would walk in the fullness of Your calling, unshaken by the storms around them, and that their faith would remain steadfast in You.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. Strengthen our faith as we continue to pray without ceasing, knowing that the effective, fervent prayer of the righteous avails much (James 5:16). We commit this situation into Your hands, asking that You would be glorified in all things. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
