Trouble At Work

I have a problem at work. I have a coworker who is the boss's niece. She really thinks of me as a bad employee due to my nervous demeanor/social anxiety. I have a lot of seniority and she thinks I'm a bad worker. I pray that this coworker would actually think highly of me because I really try hard at work. Please help me feel less depressed also in general. Sometimes I feel sad in life in general. I'm sorry I feel this way. Please pray for me and God Bless.
