trouble at work

I am having trouble with a coworker. We are supposed to be professionals. This girl comes from being a bartender to working with blood doners. She hates who I stand for and is very rude to the doners. Management stands by and says nothing. I hate to go to work any more. She talkes all the time. I will be trying to make a statment and she will loudly but in and cut me down like I am nothing. She tells me I am old. I am sinning every day working with her because she makes me so angry. I have tried to be nice to her. I am lost. Please pray for me to be a better person.
