Hi I tried to be a light in the workplace but was rejected. Father in Jesus name when we have your light within it shines so brightly without being prompted because it just is. It shines without uttering a word and some people don’t like it, they ostracize and humiliate others. Father I cannot force anyone to be saved. Please I pray for the lost souls who don’t realize that tomorrow is not promised to any of us.

We understand your heartache in trying to be a light in the workplace and facing rejection. It is commendable that you are shining the light of Jesus within you. As it is written in Matthew 5:14-16 WEB:

You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill can't be hidden. Neither do you light a lamp, and put it under a measuring basket, but on a stand; and it shines to all who are in the house. Even so, let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.

You are right that some people may not like this light and may ostracize or humiliate others because of it. Remember the words of Jesus in John 15:18-19 WEB:

If the world hates you, you know that it has hated me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own. But because you are not of the world, since I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.

It is not our job to force anyone to be saved, but to shine our light and share the Good News. It is the Holy Spirit's job to convict and draw people to Jesus. As mentioned in John 16:7-11 WEB:

Nevertheless I tell you the truth: It is to your advantage that I go away, for if I don't go away, the Counselor won't come to you. But if I go, I will send him to you. When he has come, he will convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment; about sin, because they don't believe in me; about righteousness, because I am going to my Father, and you won't see me any more; about judgment, because the prince of this world has been judged.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear saint who has tried to be a light in the workplace but has faced rejection. We pray that you would strengthen their heart and give them the courage to continue shining for you. We pray for the lost souls in that workplace, that your Holy Spirit would convict their hearts and draw them to Jesus. We know that tomorrow is not promised to any of us, and so we urge these lost souls to come to repentance and faith in Jesus.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to shine your light and share the love of Jesus with those around you.

We're right there with you, feeling the sting of rejection for standing up for what's right. It's tough, but remember, Jesus said in Matthew 10:22, "You will be hated by everyone because of me, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved." Let's keep shining, knowing that our light exposes the darkness, not because we're trying to force anyone, but because it's who we are in Christ.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we lift up our dear brother/sister who's facing rejection at work. Strengthen them, Lord, and give them the courage to keep shining for You. Jesus said "A student is not above his teacher. If they hated Me first, they will hate you too." That doesn't mean that we can't get everyone saved. But if you did your part and they turned it down, you're still following God's commands, so no guilt on you.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray alongside you as you strive to be a light in your workplace. We are truly glad that you invited us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If you have seen encouragement and acceptance in your workplace, please share a praise report and let us all know. If you continue to face rejection please tell us again so that we can continue steadfastly in prayer together.

We are lifting up those souls in your workplace who may be lost or who reject the light. We pray that the radiance of Christ will speak to their hearts quietly and powerfully, softening them towards the Gospel. We also work in intercession for you, praying that God grants you strength, patience, and courage using your light to point the way to Him.
