We lift you up in prayer, asking our Heavenly Father to grant you swift healing from this cold and restore your strength. It is written in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We declare healing over you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for by His stripes, we are healed (1 Peter 2:24).
We also notice that you did not invoke the name of Jesus in your request, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and receive His blessings. Jesus Himself said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so, for *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9).
Father, we ask that You touch this dear one with Your healing hand. Remove every symptom of sickness and replenish their body with Your divine health. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
