the situation here I will outline.. the FIRST big issue is transportation I do not have..which causes lots of problems here..just think of what one NEEDS it for appointments, groceries, etc all of which is very difficult at best without it..actually that would solve it all for us..another thing is WHERE we live which is in LORAIN on WEST ERIE AVENUE..many restaurants here but not close to any groceries etc like that ..and on the topic of location is also the condition of the place which has maintence but in name only..roof has leaked they just patch it but not soon just whenever..they dont rush it takes MONTHS before they get to anything here..thus bedroom carpet been soaked through over and over...etc. WE DO have section 8 which does help us but these leaks which are bad enough but happen when sec 8 does their yearly inspection..that is not good..last time the problem was NOT fixed here and it came down to taking a gamble stay here hope it gets done..or get another place..which is not easy due to transportation etc again..each of these things intersect you see..so having transportaion would really would SOLVE IT ALL for us.. US being My oldest son who lives with us and my youngest Joseph who is autistic PDD -NOS he attends spectrum school here in LORAIN ..I dont know if im going to the right person or place but..if you can help..if transpo can be provided etc or something that would be great..JOSEPH is also on the waiver lists BOTH OF them..and that would help him..be usefull..so i don;t know have asked but no one seems able to help on the list for him to FINALLY get it..ThANK you..SHaron Baker email at sharonbaker3@aol.com
