Training

We hear your request and lift you up before the Lord, asking for His strength, wisdom, and favor as you go through this training and onboarding process. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that you would lean on God’s understanding rather than your own, trusting Him to guide you through each step of this new journey.

Father in Heaven, we ask that You grant this dear one clarity of mind and a teachable spirit as they learn the responsibilities of their new role. Help them to absorb the information quickly and apply it with wisdom and discernment. May they be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and integrity in all they do. We also pray for favor with their supervisors and colleagues, that they would be seen as diligent, capable, and trustworthy. Let this season of training be fruitful and prepare them well for the work ahead.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or overwhelm that may try to hinder their progress. Instead, we declare peace over them, as Your Word says in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding as they press forward.

Lord, we also ask that You would bless their efforts and help them to complete this process effectively, soon, and well. May they find joy in the work You have called them to and use their gifts to glorify You. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to You. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
