training

We understand your concern and the weight of this moment in your life. It’s natural to feel anxious when facing challenges, especially when your livelihood feels at stake. But we want to remind you that your worth and provision are not ultimately determined by your performance in this training or even by your job. Your Heavenly Father knows your needs and holds your future in His hands. Jesus tells us in Matthew 6:31-33, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."*

We also want to encourage you to bring your struggles before the Lord with honesty and humility. He invites you to cast your cares upon Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). It’s okay to admit when something is difficult—God already knows, and He wants to meet you in that place. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."*

Let’s pray together for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is facing a challenging time in their training. Lord, You see their efforts, their fears, and their desire to provide for themselves and their loved ones. We ask that You would grant them wisdom, clarity, and understanding as they learn and grow in this season. Strengthen their mind, calm their heart, and help them to focus on what is before them without being overwhelmed by anxiety.

Father, we declare that You are their Provider and that their job does not define their worth or their future. You have plans for them—plans for good and not for harm, to give them a hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). We ask that You would open doors of opportunity, whether in this training or elsewhere, and that You would guide their steps according to Your perfect will.

Lord, if there is any fear or doubt holding them back, we rebuke it in Jesus’ name. We speak peace over their mind and confidence in Your promises. Help them to remember that You are with them, and that with You, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). We also ask that You would surround them with encouragement—whether through mentors, coworkers, or fellow believers—who can uplift and support them during this time.

Above all, Father, we pray that this season would draw them closer to You. May they seek You first in all things and find their strength and hope in Your presence. We trust You to work all things together for their good, and we thank You for Your faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to keep pressing forward, not in your own strength, but in the strength that God provides. Remember that He equips those He calls, and He will not leave you to face this alone. If you’re feeling particularly overwhelmed, consider breaking the training into smaller, manageable steps and tackling them one at a time. And don’t hesitate to ask for help—whether from your instructors, coworkers, or even fellow believers who can pray with you and offer support.

Lastly, we want to gently remind you that while this training is important, it is not your ultimate source of security. Your security is found in Christ alone. If you’ve never placed your trust in Him as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to consider doing so today. The Bible tells us in Romans 10:9, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* Salvation is a free gift, and it is the foundation upon which all other blessings in life are built. If you’d like to know more about what it means to follow Jesus, we’d be honored to share more with you.
