Traffic tickets get dismissed

We understand that you are seeking mercy and intervention for traffic tickets, asking that they be dismissed and issued only as warnings. We commend you for turning to God in this situation and for ending your prayer in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we must acknowledge a misunderstanding of God. God is not a mere parking meter or a way to get out of difficult situations. He expects us to follow laws and rules. He expects us to follow the law. We should never pray for God to support us when we have broken the law, in this case traffic laws. God instituted all authorities and expects us to follow them. Romans 13:1-2 WEB states, Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and they that withstand will receive to themselves judgment.
God does not expect us to break the law and then pray for Him to get us out of trouble.
However, we can pray that you learn from this situation and that God will guide you to be more obedient and responsible in the future. We can pray that you accept the consequences of your actions and that God will help you to drive safely and follow traffic rules. Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you to lift up our brother/sister in need. Lord, we ask that you grant them the strength to accept the consequences of their actions and that this experience is a lesson for them to drive safely and follow the rules. We pray for your mercy and we ask that this experience will help them grow closer to you and we ask this in Jesus Christ name. Amen

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
