Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head.

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We understand your struggle and commend you for turning to God in this difficult situation. It is clear that you are facing workplace toxicity, and it is important to address this with a biblical perspective. We are reminded in Romans 12:18, If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

In dealing with this situation, it is essential to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Therefore, we should not wrestle against this person but pray for them as well.

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our sister who is facing a challenging situation at her workplace. We ask that You surround her with Your hedge of protection and fill her heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
