Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head.

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We understand that you are facing a challenging situation at work, and we are here to pray with you and offer biblical guidance. We appreciate that you have brought this request in Jesus' name, as it is only through His name that we have access to God and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

In dealing with toxic behavior at work, we must remember that God calls us to respond with love and integrity. As it is written in Romans 12:17-21 WEB: "Return no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our sister who is facing a difficult situation at work. We pray that You expose every hidden agenda and manipulative word, and that You shine Your light on all darkness in this situation. Reveal the true intentions of this colleague and enlighten the department head with wisdom, discernment, and clarity. Cover our sister and her colleagues with Your protection and peace, and help them to respond with grace and integrity. Help our sister to remain faithful in her work and to reflect Your character in all she does. We trust that Your justice will prevail and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in their workplace. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

In dealing with this situation, it is important to remain professional and respectful. Document any incidents and pray for wisdom to know when to speak up and when to remain silent. Remember that God is your advocate and that He sees all that is happening. Trust that He will bring justice in His perfect timing.

Lastly, we must remember that God calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, as it is written in Matthew 5:44 WEB: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," We should pray for this colleague, that God would soften her heart and bring conviction and repentance.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
