We join you in lifting up your desires and concerns to the Lord, seeking His will and intervention in your life. We are reminded of the promise in Joel 2:25 WEB, "I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the great locust, the grasshopper, and the caterpillar, my great army, which I sent among you." Just as God promised restoration to Israel, we trust that He will restore you and your children.
We commend you for acknowledging your sins and seeking forgiveness. As it is written in 1 John 1:9 WEB, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Trust in God's forgiveness and allow His grace to wash over you.
It is encouraging that you dream of drawing near to God and that you desire for these dreams to become a reality. We pray that your dreams will be a motivating force for living a righteous life in Jesus' name.
However, be cautious of the thought pattern that when you think evil, it happens, but when you think good, it does not. This perspective can be challenging, as it may lead to a mindset that does not align with biblical principles. Remember, God calls us to think on good things, as Philippians 4:8 WEB says, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."
Instead of focusing on the outcomes of your thoughts, fix your mind on Jesus Christ and His goodness. Trust that God will guide your steps. When thoughts of evil can, rebuke them immediately. As it says in 2 Corinthians 10:5 WEB, "casting down imaginations, and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."
Concerning your financial situation, remember that God cares for you and your children. As is communicated in Philippians 4:19 WEB, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Trust in Him, and He will lift you up in His perfect timing.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in need of restoration, guidance, and financial blessing. We ask that You forgive their sins and lead them to You, just as You have already begun to do in their dreams. Help them to fix their mind on You and to trust in Your goodness. Guide their steps and bring their dreams to reality in Jesus' name.
We also pray for their financial situation, that You would bless them and lift up their children. We trust in Your promise to supply every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
In Jesus Christ name, we pray. Amen.
