I am a victim of electronic harassment, torture, and sleep deprivation and organized gang stalking by a man named Steve M, using an unknown classified surveillance technology WEAPON on me called HAARP, that our government is lying to the American people about.
This technology is a microwave energy WEAPON that thousands of thousands of innocent people have fallen prey to by law enforcement. This brutally invasive technology has the ability to see and hear through buildings (walls, ceiling, floors) through clothing and skin, crystal clear, these images are then projected on to a TV monitor where it is being viewed by rouge police and others. This technology eaves drop into conversations on and off the phone, and can also hear a heart beat, from miles or even hundreds of miles away without wiretaps, bugs or pin hole cameras.
This classified technology is virtuously unknown by the public, it is a military grade WEAPON, a plasma ray, that is also used to shoot down missiles and planes in midair with precision accuracy from hundreds of miles away, that Steve/ law enforcement also use to assault, torture and sleep deprive me and other victims inside our homes with no trace evidence behind.
It also has the ability to control the weather and create earthquakes that killed thousands in China and other locations such as Chili and Haiti. Our government is covering it up the ability and use of this technology for obvious reasons and for a more sinister purpose, it has the ability to mind control mass populations, undetectably.
Please pray that I will be able to expose these serious crimes and stay protected from him/them, and that I may find favor with law abiding police officers, if there are any, and with the judge who will be seeing my case against them.
