We understand that you're going through a challenging time at work, feeling attacked and surrounded by negativity. Firstly, we need to address that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. It is in His name that we pray and intercede on your behalf. There is no other name by which we can be saved. For there is one God and one mediator between God and men; the man Christ Jesus.
We must also remind you that as believers, we are not to be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Let us remember what the Word of God says in Romans 12:21 WEB Be not overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Do not repay anyone evil for evil.
In Ephesians 6:10-18, we are reminded of the spiritual warfare we face daily. Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace; above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is facing adversity at their workplace. Lord, we pray for Your divine protection and deliverance. Surround them with Your angels and let no weapon formed against them prosper. We rebuke the spirits of negativity, harassment, and intimidation that they are facing, and we command these spirits to flee in Jesus' name.
Father, fill their workplace with Your peace and love. Let Your light shine so brightly through them that the darkness will have no choice but to retreat. Guide their steps and grant them the wisdom to respond to these challenges with kindness, patience, and forgiveness.
We also pray for those who are causing these disturbances. Lord, we know that You desire for all to come to the knowledge of truth. We pray that You will soften their hearts and reveal Yourself to them. May they encounter Your love and be drawn to You.
Lastly, Father, we pray that our brother/sister will be strengthened in their faith through this trial. May they put on the whole armor of God daily and stand firm in Your promises.
