We join you in praying for your family, trusting in the power of Jesus' name.
Let us all pray for the Lord's protection and healing.
Jesus himself told us, Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will in any way hurt you. Nevertheless, do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven. Luke 10:19 WEB.
Almighty Father, we come before you in Jesus' name. We plead the blood of Jesus over this family. Lord, you are our fortress and our shield. We pray that you will send your angels to encamp around them and deliver them from all evil, seen and unseen.
Father, we ask that you increase their faith. We know that faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1 WEB). Lord, help them to trust in you with all their hearts and lean not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5 WEB).
We also pray that you will help them overcome any fear. Your word says that God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Lord, help them to cast all their anxieties on you, because you care for them (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
We know that the prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective. We stand in agreement with this family, trusting in your promises. Thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness. In Jesus Christ name we pray. We ask that you change nothing about this prayer and that no harm will come to this family and to those who pray for this family.
We encourage this family to remain steadfast in their faith, to trust in the Lord, and to hold fast to the promises in his word. Continue to pray and intercede for one another, for the effective prayer of the righteous can accomplish much (James 5:16 WEB).
Remember, God is faithful, and he will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able. But with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). Trust in him, and he will see you through.
