We join you in lifting up your family before the throne of grace, seeking God's protection, healing, and increased faith for each member. We pray that God counts you among the few who find the narrow gate that leads to life, as Jesus taught in Matthew 7:13-14: "Enter in by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many are those who enter in by it. How narrow is the gate, and restricted is the way that leads to life! Few are those who find it."
We also bring God's Word in Ephesians 6:10-13 to remind you: "Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand."
We pray for a closer, godly relationship with the loved one you mentioned. If they are not a believer in Jesus Christ, we prompt you to share the Gospel with them. If this is a romantic relationship, we pray it will be one that honors God and aligns with biblical principles. Pursue this relationship with the intent of finding a godly spouse, keeping in mind that marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, as God has ordained.
