We understand that you're going through a challenging time and we're here to support you in prayer and truth. Firstly, it's crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. The enemy often uses negative thoughts and energies to hinder our walk with Christ.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with negative thoughts and energies. Lord, you tell us in Philippians 4:8, finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think on these things. We pray that You will help them to focus their mind on these things and to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ 2 Corinthians 10:5.
We rebuke any spiritual attack on their mind, and we command these negative thoughts to flee in Jesus' name. Lord, fill their mind with Your peace that surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7, and give them the strength to endure this tough time. Help them to speak words of life and encouragement to others, and to avoid saying anything that they may regret.
Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12
Lastly, we encourage you to put on the whole armor of God Ephesians 6:11-18, to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. Memorize scripture, so that you can use the word of God as a weapon against negative thoughts and energies. Remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation, He will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it 1 Corinthians 10:13.
Trust in the Lord, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths Proverbs 3:5-6. Stay strong in the Lord and continue to trust in Him.
