God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB) As followers of Jesus Christ, We have all faced temptations and fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23 WEB). But the good news is that through Jesus Christ we have redemption, the forgiveness of our sins (Ephesians 1:7 WEB), and because all have sinned and need the glory of God.
The first step is to confess your sin to God, all the sins we confess, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9 WEB) Turn to Jesus Christ with a sincere heart, acknowledging your struggle, and ask for His forgiveness and strength. As part of your repentance, we encourage you to get rid of any pornographic material you may have and to set up accountability measures, such as installing filters on your electronic devices and finding a trusted Christian friend or mentor to help keep you accountable.
Remember, Jesus said, Truly I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart.
