To stop gambling

Heavenly Father,
We come before You today on behalf of ###, who is seeking deliverance from the bondage of gambling. Lord, we know that addiction can be a powerful force, but we also know that Your power is greater than any temptation or struggle we face.
Your word says in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." We stand on this promise today, believing that You will provide ### with the strength and the way out of this struggle.
Father, we ask that You fill ###'s heart with Your peace and guidance. Help ### to turn away from gambling and to find fulfillment and joy in You and Your plans. In Philippians 4:13, it says, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." Let ### draw strength from this truth and rely on Your power to overcome this addiction.
Lord, we pray for wisdom and support for ###. Surround ### with godly friends and mentors who can provide encouragement and accountability. Help ### to seek and find the resources needed to break free from this cycle.
We trust in Your unfailing love and grace, believing that You are at work in ###'s life. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
