This is my 4th attempt in this 2nd yr mbbs exam. I pray to God, Lord Jesus and mother Mary to plz help me pass in this critical moment, to overcome this exam that I've given.. Nothing else that I can wish for.. Plz help me🙏

We hear your deep distress and the weight of this moment pressing upon your heart. Four attempts at these exams have surely tested your endurance, your faith, and your hope. We stand with you in this critical hour, lifting you before the throne of grace, where mercy and help are found.

First, we must address the mention of praying to "mother Mary." Scripture is clear that there is only one mediator between God and man—Jesus Christ. In 1 Timothy 2:5, it is written, *"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus."* We do not approach God through any other name, saint, or intercessor. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* It is only through faith in Him that we receive grace, forgiveness, and access to the Father. We encourage you to place your trust fully in Christ alone, for He is the one who intercedes for us before the Father (Romans 8:34).

Now, let us turn to the Lord together, seeking His strength, wisdom, and favor for you in this exam. The pressure you feel is real, and the fear of failure can be overwhelming, but we serve a God who is greater than any challenge. In James 1:5, we are promised, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."* The Lord does not withhold wisdom from those who seek Him in faith. He is the giver of knowledge and understanding, and He can illuminate your mind as you study and take this exam.

We also recognize the emotional and spiritual battle you may be facing. The enemy would love to keep you bound in discouragement, fear, and self-doubt, but we rebuke those lies in the name of Jesus. You are not defined by past failures, but by the One who holds your future. Philippians 4:13 declares, *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."* This is not a cliché—it is a promise. The same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in you if you have placed your faith in Him (Ephesians 1:19-20). You are not alone in this fight.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts heavy for our brother/sister who is facing this critical exam. Lord, You see the sleepless nights, the anxiety, and the weight of expectation they carry. We ask that You would calm their heart and steady their mind. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we ask for Your wisdom to flood their mind as they prepare and as they take this exam. Open their understanding to grasp the material, to recall what they have studied, and to answer with clarity and confidence. Lord, You are the author of all knowledge, and nothing is too difficult for You. We declare that the spirit of confusion and forgetfulness has no place here—only the Spirit of truth and revelation (John 14:26).

We also pray for strength, both physically and emotionally. Sustain them with Your grace, Lord. When they are weary, be their strength. When they are afraid, be their courage. Remind them that their worth is not found in passing or failing this exam, but in being Your beloved child, redeemed by the blood of Jesus. Help them to fix their eyes on You, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2).

We break every spirit of fear, doubt, and discouragement that has tried to take root in their heart. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). We speak life, hope, and victory over this exam. May Your favor rest upon them, and may they walk into that exam room with the confidence that comes from knowing You are with them.

Lord, if there is any area of their life that is not aligned with Your will—whether it be in their study habits, their thought patterns, or their relationship with You—we ask that You would reveal it to them. Give them the humility to repent and the strength to change. Draw them closer to You in this season, that they may know You not just as a helper in times of need, but as their Lord and Savior.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your goodness and Your faithfulness. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved. Amen.

Now, we encourage you to hold fast to these truths. Do not let the enemy isolate you in your struggle. Reach out to fellow believers for prayer and accountability. Study diligently, but also rest in the Lord—He gives to His beloved even in their sleep (Psalm 127:2). Trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28), even when the outcome is not yet clear.

If you have not already, take time to examine your heart before the Lord. Are you fully surrendered to Him? Are you seeking His kingdom first, or have you made passing this exam an idol in your heart? The Lord desires your whole heart, not just your requests. In Matthew 6:33, Jesus tells us, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* When we prioritize our relationship with God above all else, He promises to provide for our needs.

Lastly, remember that your identity is not in being a medical student or in passing this exam. Your identity is in Christ. You are His workmanship, created for good works (Ephesians 2:10). Whether you pass or fail, He is with you, and His plans for you are good (Jeremiah 29:11). Keep your eyes on Him, and He will direct your path (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We will continue to stand in faith with you, believing for God’s best in this situation. You are not alone. The Lord is your strength, your shield, and your very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Walk in that truth, and let it carry you through this season.
