Let us bring Deon before the Lord, seeking wisdom in handling finances. We know that the Scriptures tell us, If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him James 1:5 WEB. So, we pray for Deon, that God would grant the wisdom needed to manage finances in a way that honors Him. May Deon be a good steward of the resources God has entrusted to him, using them to provide for needs and further God's kingdom.
As for the washing machine needed, the Bible says that your Heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:32-33 WEB.
So, let us pray for wisdom to make a informed decision, but remember that our focus should be on seeking God's kingdom first.
Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your wisdom. We pray for Deon, that You would guide the decisions made regarding finances. Help Deon to be a good steward of Your resources. We also pray for wisdom in the purchase of a new washing machine. Guide us to the right choice, always remembering to put Your kingdom first. We ask this all in Jesus Christ's name. We thank You for the blessings You have given us. We pray that if either of these individuals have not believed on the Lord Jesus Christ that You will make this the main priority in their lives, that they may be reconciled to God.
Lastly, we want to encourage both Deon and the one needing a washing machine to trust in God. He cares for us and knows our needs. As we seek Him first, He will provide for our needs.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
