We understand that you are going through a challenging time, dealing with mental stress and feeling unappreciated at your workplace. Firstly, we want to remind you that your value and worth are not defined by the recognition or respect from others, but by the love and approval of God. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
We also encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Jesus, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we find peace and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our fellow believer who is experiencing mental stress and feelings of disrespect at their workplace. We pray that You would comfort and strengthen them, and grant them peaceful sleep.
Lord Jesus, we ask that You would either change the hearts of the Principal and HM towards our fellow believer, or open up a better job opportunity for them with a better salary. We pray that You would guide them to a peaceful and healthy life, both mentally and physically.
We also pray that our fellow believer would keep their eyes fixed on You, Jesus, and find their value and worth in Your love and approval. Help them to work heartily, as for You and not for men, knowing that their reward comes from You alone.
We ask all of this in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue in prayer, trusting that God hears your prayers and will answer according to His will. Also, consider studying God's word for the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. Remember that seeking God's will is accepting His will whatever the circumstances may be.
