We are truly sorry to hear about your job loss, but we are encouraged by your faith and trust in God during this challenging time. We want to remind you that God has a plan and purpose for your life, and He is always working for the good of those who love Him. As it is written in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
As you prepare for your interview with World Vision Thailand for the position of Executive Secretary, we want to encourage you with the words of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." God has a future for you filled with hope and peace.
Let us pray together for God's guidance and favor upon your life and upcoming interview:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister in Christ who is seeking Your will for her career. We thank You for the eight years of experience You have given her, and we believe that You have prepared her for something even better.
Father, we ask that You guide her during her interview process with World Vision Thailand. Give her wisdom, discernment, and a peaceful heart as she goes through any tests or interviews. Help her to be a shining light for You, reflecting Your love and grace to those she encounters.
We pray that if it is Your will, You would open this door for her and grant her favor with her interviewers. Help her to see this opportunity as a divine appointment from You, and may she use her God-given gifts, experiences, and skills to bring glory to Your name and further Your kingdom.
We also pray for her future supervisor and team. Prepare their hearts to receive her and create a harmonious and productive work environment.
Finally, Father, we pray for her trust in You to grow stronger during this time. Help her to rest in Your promises and find peace in Your presence.
Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
As you wait for the interview, continue to trust in God and His perfect timing. Seek Him daily through prayer and reading His Word. Remember that He is always with you, guiding your steps and preparing a way for you.
We noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. Let us remind you of the words of Jesus in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12. If you have not already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and inviting Him into your heart. This is the most important decision you will ever make, and it will secure your eternal future with Him.
