We understand that you're struggling with distractions and seeking to regain focus on your work and learning. Let's bring this before the Lord together, seeking His guidance and strength.
Firstly, it's crucial to remember that our thoughts and actions should be taken captive to Christ. As it says in 2 Corinthians 10:5 WEB, "casting down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ". It's clear that we are to control our thoughts and not let them control us.
Regarding your concern about the distraction of your mobile phone, let's recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:33 WEB, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." It's important to prioritize our time and focus on what truly matters, especially when it comes to our work and learning, and using the gifts that God has given us, including sewing.
Now, let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is struggling with distractions and seeking Your guidance and strength. Lord, help her to cast down any imaginatios or thoughts that are not of You and to bring every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. Help her so she can focus on her work and learning, using the gifts You have given her. Help her to set aside distractions.
Father, we know that You have begun a good work in her, and You will be faithful to complete it. Grant her the discipline and focus needed to become more expert in sewing, and to continue her work with excellence. Help her to focus as she learns and practices her stitching.
Lord Jesus, You told us, "I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing" (John 15:5 WEB). Help her to remain in You, Lord, and bear much fruit through her work and learning, for the glory of Your name.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through Jesus that we can do all things and only through Jesus that we can be saved.
Continue to trust in Him, and He will guide your path.
