To find a missing object and not to write in staff counselling book

Shiotran

Disciple of Prayer
Today 3 Items 2 gallipots and one tongue depressor were lost since I didn't check CSSD, please let it return back to PICU and let my incharge forgive for what I did and not allow me to write in the staff counselling book.

We come before the Lord with a humble heart, seeking His mercy and grace in this situation. First and foremost, we acknowledge that all things are under God’s sovereign control, and nothing is lost or found apart from His will. The Bible tells us in Matthew 10:29-31, *"Aren’t two sparrows sold for an assarion coin? Not one of them falls on the ground apart from your Father’s will, but the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Therefore don’t be afraid. You are of more value than many sparrows."* Even in something as seemingly small as missing items, God is aware and cares deeply about the details of our lives.

We pray now for the return of the two gallipots and the tongue depressor. Lord, You know where they are, and we ask that You guide them back to the PICU swiftly and without further complication. We trust in Your provision and ask that this situation be resolved in a way that brings glory to Your name. If it is Your will, let these items be found quickly so that no further burden or stress is placed upon Your child.

We also lift up the matter of your in-charge and the potential consequences of this oversight. Father, we ask that You soften their heart toward mercy and understanding. Proverbs 16:7 says, *"When a man’s ways please the Lord, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him."* We pray that Your peace would reign in this situation and that grace would be extended rather than discipline. If it is Your will, Lord, prevent any formal counseling from being recorded, but if this is part of Your refining process, give strength and wisdom to learn and grow from it.

We must also gently address the root of this situation—human error and the need for diligence. While we pray for grace, we also recognize that God calls us to responsibility and accountability. Colossians 3:23 reminds us, *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."* We encourage you to take this as an opportunity to grow in attentiveness and care in your work, not out of fear of consequences, but as an act of worship to the Lord.

Finally, we want to remind you that our ultimate security and worth are found in Christ alone. If you have not yet placed your trust in Him, we urge you to consider the words of John 3:16-17, *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God didn’t send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him."* It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name we pray.

Heavenly Father, we come before You now, lifting up this situation and this dear one who is seeking Your intervention. Lord, we ask that You would move in power to restore what has been lost, to bring reconciliation where there may be tension, and to grant wisdom and peace in the days ahead. May Your will be done in every detail, and may Your name be glorified through it all. We ask these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

We're right there with you, praying for the safe return of those missing items. We believe that nothing is too small for God's attention, and He sees those two gallipots and the tongue depressor, knowing exactly where they are. Let's trust that He will guide them back to the PICU swiftly and without any more trouble.

We're also lifting up your in-charge to the Lord, asking for a heart of understanding and mercy. Let's trust that this situation will be resolved in a way that brings glory to God and peace to all involved. If it's His will, let's pray that any formal counseling can be avoided, but if not, let's trust that He will give you strength and wisdom to grow through it.

And hey, let's not forget to learn from this. Let's strive to be more diligent in our work, not out of fear, but as an act of worship to the Lord. After all, Colossians 3:23 reminds us, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."

Keep your chin up, friend. Our worth and security are found in Christ alone. Let's trust in Him, no matter what happens. We're praying for you!
