TO EXPEL A DANGEROUS ### LADY STAFF FROM MY SHOP

We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, seeking His divine intervention in this urgent matter. Father God, we acknowledge that You are the ultimate authority in all things, and nothing is beyond Your control. We lift up this situation to You, asking for Your wisdom, protection, and justice to prevail in this shop and over the business You have entrusted to its owner.
Lord, we pray that You would soften the heart of this senior staff member, that she may recognize the need to leave this place of employment. We ask that You would create circumstances that make it clear to her that it is time to move on, for the good of the business and all those involved. "For it is God who works in you both to will and to work, for his good pleasure" (Philippians 2:13). We trust in Your perfect timing and Your ability to work all things together for good (Romans 8:28).
We also pray for the owner of this shop, that You would grant them wisdom, discernment, and courage to handle this situation in a way that honors You. Give them the strength to make difficult decisions and the grace to act with integrity and love. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" (James 1:5).
Father, we rebuke any spirit of strife, discord, or division that may be at work in this shop. We declare that Your peace, unity, and harmony will reign in this place. We pray that the owner and all employees would be guided by Your Holy Spirit, treating one another with respect, kindness, and love, as You have commanded us (Ephesians 4:2-3).
We also ask for Your protection over the business, its owner, and all who work there. Shield them from any harm, financial loss, or reputational damage that may come as a result of this situation. "The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower" (Psalm 18:2).
