We join with you in lifting up your daughter’s situation before the Lord, trusting in His perfect timing and sovereign will. It is good that you have invoked the name of Jesus in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Let us continue to seek His face with faith, knowing that He hears and answers according to His wisdom.
The delay your daughter is experiencing may feel burdensome, but we must remember that God’s timing is not our own. The apostle Peter reminds us, *"Don’t think that the Lord is slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that anyone should perish, but that all should come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:9, WEB).
