We understand that you're experiencing distress due to a loud car in your vicinity. While it's important to seek peace and quiet in our surroundings, let's remember that God's Word encourages us to approach situations with patience, love, and understanding.
Firstly, we must acknowledge that prayer in Jesus' name is powerful and effective. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
However, it's crucial to address the root of the problem. Could it be that the car's owner is unaware of the disturbance they're causing? Instead of being irritated, let's approach this with kindness and consideration.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your guidance and intervention. We ask that You would soften the heart of the car owner, and make them aware of the disturbance their loud car is causing.
Lord, we know that You desire for us to live in peace and harmony with our neighbors. We ask that You would provide a solution to this situation that brings glory to Your name. Help us to approach this situation with love and understanding, reflecting the character of Jesus Christ.
In Jesus' name, we believe that we have access to approach God. We pray that this situation would be resolved peacefully and that through that the other person would come to know Jesus. We ask that You would use this situation to draw all those involved closer to You.
We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.

Lord, its 11.30 pm. One car is making noise in front of the building. It's 15 min that he is obviously waiting on someone. Please, my windows are trembling. I cannot sleep. Now two cars are with engine on and they are having very loud conversation. Satan get out of my area in Jesus name!!
No loud pupils or people in the train. No people speaking on speakers or camera. Lot of foreign workers from ### and similar - no manners at all. Our pupils are also very spoiled.
No troublemakers or noise makers of any kind, no cigarette smoke, e-cigarettes smoke or weed smoke IN OR AROUND...
Lord please remove that noise outside. Very loud music somewhere. Maybe party. Tomorrow working day. It's ### pm and I must wake up early. Thank you Jesus for your mercy. Amen
