I know exactly where you are. I've been there. They say to live aday at a time, but sometimes you have to take 5 or 10 minutes at a time. This has worked for me. JUST A SUGGESTION; Keep yourself surrounded with good, positive people. People who care about your well being and true happiness.
Christian brothers and sisters are a very good source for this. You'd be surprised as to how many can relate to you. YOU ARE NOT ALONE my friend. There are many of us who struggle with life and its trails.
If you are not involved with a church, you may consider attending one and keep yourself involved. You'd be surprised as to how some good things can rub off.
I have heard it said; The journey of a thousand miles, begins with a step. My prayers are with you.....Keep God first and foremost, read the bible daily, pray,pray and pray for His will and not yours...
