We hear your heart’s deep longing for love, companionship, and fulfillment, and we come before the Lord with you, seeking His perfect will in every area of your life. First, let us address the foundation of all our prayers—our relationship with God through Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we encourage you to do so, for He alone is the source of true love, healing, and purpose. Salvation comes through confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9).
Now, let us lift your desires to the Lord with humility and reverence, aligning them with His Word. You speak of claiming, decreeing, and declaring a man of your dreams into existence, but we must remember that our words have power only when they align with God’s will (James 4:13-15). Instead of demanding or declaring, we are called to seek the Lord’s heart and trust in His timing (Psalm 37:4-5). God’s plans for you are good, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). However, we must also guard our hearts against treating relationships as something to be conjured or controlled, for love is a gift from God, not a transaction (1 Corinthians 13:4-7).
You express a desire for a man who is attractive, sweet, and stays with you every night. While it is natural to long for companionship, we must ensure that our desires align with God’s design for marriage—a covenant between one man and one woman, rooted in love, commitment, and mutual respect (Genesis 2:24, Ephesians 5:22-33). The Bible warns against sexual immorality, including fornication (sex outside of marriage), which is sin (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). If you are currently in a relationship that involves physical intimacy outside of marriage, we urge you to repent and seek God’s forgiveness, for He calls us to holiness (1 Thessalonians 4:3-5). True love waits, and God honors those who honor Him (Hebrews 13:4).
For your children, we also lift up their future spouses to the Lord. We pray that God would prepare godly men and women for them, individuals who love the Lord with all their hearts and will lead their families in righteousness (Proverbs 19:14). Just as you desire a spouse who is sweet and loving, we ask that your children would also find partners who reflect Christ’s love and are committed to building marriages that honor God.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your will above all else. Lord, we lift up this sister to You, asking that You would fill her heart with Your peace and assurance. Help her to trust in Your timing and Your plans for her life, knowing that You are good and faithful. Father, we ask that You would prepare a godly spouse for her, a man after Your own heart who will love her as Christ loves the church. Guard her heart from impatience and from seeking fulfillment in anything other than You. If there is any area of her life that does not align with Your Word, reveal it to her, Lord, and give her the strength to walk in holiness.
For her children, we pray that You would guide them and prepare spouses for them who will love You and lead their families in righteousness. May their marriages be a reflection of Your love and grace. Lord, we ask that You would heal any wounds in her heart and fill her with Your joy and peace. Help her to find her identity and worth in You alone, for You are the source of all love and fulfillment.
We rebuke any spirit of impatience, control, or lust that may be influencing her desires, and we declare that her heart is surrendered to You. May she walk in the fullness of Your purpose for her life, and may her relationships bring glory to Your name. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to You. Amen.
