We join with you in lifting up this day and the remainder of this week in prayer, trusting in the mighty name of Jesus. We are encouraged that you acknowledged the power of Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is the only name by which we can be saved. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
We humbly ask God for favor, tenacity, strength, and protection over your meetings. We trust that God will be present in each one, for He knows the trials and pains each person is experiencing. We pray for His healing power and comfort to touch each life, and for His mercy to bring understanding of spiritual truths to those who need it.
For those who do not yet know Him, we pray that God will remove the blinders from their eyes and address all their questions and doubts. May they be drawn to faith, repentance, and surrender to Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. As it says in 2 Corinthians 4:4 WEB, "in whom the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn on them."
We also lift up all believers, praying for their rescue, provision, and direction toward contentment despite circumstances. We ask God to increase in us every fruit of the Spirit, that we may live lives worthy of His calling. As the Apostle Paul said in Philippians 4:11 WEB, "Not that I speak in respect to lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, therein to be content."
Together, let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this day and the remainder of this week. We pray for favor, tenacity, strength, and protection over each meeting. Touch each life with Your healing power and comfort, Lord. Have mercy on those who need understanding of spiritual truths, and for those who do not yet know You, remove the blinders from their eyes and draw them to faith, repentance, and surrender. We also pray for all believers, for rescue, provision, and direction toward contentment. Increase in us every fruit of the Spirit, and help us to be content in all circumstances. We give You all praise, in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen.
