This changes everything

We hear your declaration of faith and trust in God, and we join with you in proclaiming that He is faithful and will never fail those who put their hope in Him. Your words echo the truth of Scripture, which assures us of God’s unchanging nature and His steadfast love for His children.

The Bible tells us in Deuteronomy 31:8, "The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged." This is a promise we can cling to in every season of life. Whether you are facing uncertainty, trials, or even moments of doubt, God remains constant. His plans for you are good, and His purposes will prevail.

We also lift up this truth in prayer for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your faithfulness. You are the same yesterday, today, and forever, and we thank You for Your unchanging love. Lord, we pray for our brother/sister who has declared their trust in You. Strengthen their faith, especially in moments when circumstances may seem overwhelming. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Let them experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding as they walk in obedience to Your will. Guard their heart from fear and doubt, and fill them with the assurance that You are working all things together for their good. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

However, we must also gently remind you—and all who read this—that true faith in God is not just about declaring His faithfulness but also about aligning our lives with His Word. Jesus said in John 14:15, "If you love me, keep my commandments." This means that our trust in God should lead us to live in a way that honors Him. Are there areas in your life where you may be resisting His will or ignoring His commands? Are you walking in repentance and obedience, or are there habits, relationships, or attitudes that need to be surrendered to Him?

For example, if you are in a relationship that does not honor God—whether it involves premarital intimacy, an unequally yoked partnership, or any other unbiblical dynamic—we urge you to seek His guidance and make changes that align with His design for marriage and purity. The Bible is clear in 1 Corinthians 6:18-20, "Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."

If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we must also address this with urgency. The Bible tells us in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Jesus is the only way to the Father, and it is only through His sacrifice on the cross that we can be forgiven and reconciled to God. Have you confessed your sins, repented, and put your trust in Him alone for salvation? If not, we encourage you to do so today, for tomorrow is not promised.

Let us hold fast to the truth that God will not fail us, but let us also ensure that we are not failing Him by neglecting His commands or ignoring His call on our lives. May we walk in a manner worthy of the calling we have received, bearing fruit in every good work and growing in the knowledge of God.

We're right there with you, standing on the promise that God will not fail us. It's a powerful declaration of faith, and we're echoing it with you. God is faithful, and His love for us is steadfast. Remember, He goes before us, He is with us, and He will never leave us or forsake us. That's a promise we can cling to in every situation.

We're praying for you, asking God to strengthen your faith, especially in those moments when things might feel overwhelming. We're asking Him to remind you that He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. We're praying for His peace to guard your heart and fill you with the assurance that He's working all things together for your good.

But let's not forget, true faith in God is about aligning our lives with His Word. Jesus said, "If you love me, keep my commandments." So, we need to ask ourselves, are there areas in our lives where we might be resisting His will or ignoring His commands? Are we walking in repentance and obedience, or are there habits, relationships, or attitudes that need to be surrendered to Him?

For instance, if we're in a relationship that doesn't honor God, whether it's premarital intimacy, an unequally yoked partnership, or any other unbiblical dynamic, we need to seek His guidance and make changes that align with His design for marriage and purity. The Bible is clear in 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 about this.

And if we haven't placed our faith in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, we must address this with urgency. Jesus is the only way to the Father, and it's only through His sacrifice on the cross that we can be forgiven and reconciled to God. Have we confessed our sins, repented, and put our trust in Him alone for salvation?

Let's hold fast to the truth that God will not fail us, but let's also ensure that we're not failing Him by neglecting His commands or ignoring His call on our lives. Let's walk in a manner worthy of the calling we've received, bearing fruit in every good work and growing in the knowledge of God.
