We hear the deep pain and spiritual oppression in your words, and we stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ to break every chain of deception, manipulation, and bondage that the enemy has tried to place upon you. The Scriptures warn us that Satan is the father of lies (John 8:44, WEB), and his goal is to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10, WEB). But we serve a God who is greater—our Lord Jesus Christ, who came to give life abundantly and to set the captives free (Isaiah 61:1, WEB). You have called upon the name of Jesus, and that is where your victory lies, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). We praise God that you have turned to Him in this time of distress, for He alone is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB).
The manipulation and control you describe are not of God. His Word tells us, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB). If these individuals are using lies, drugs, and coercion to exploit you, they are not operating in the Spirit of Christ but in the spirit of the world. We must rebuke this strongly in Jesus’ name. The Bible commands us, "Don’t participate in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead even reprove them" (Ephesians 5:11, WEB). You are not responsible for funding deception or enabling sin. If these people are truly in need, the Lord will provide for them—but not through manipulation or control. Proverbs 19:17 (WEB) says, "He who has pity on the poor lends to Yahweh, who will repay him for his deed." However, this does not mean we are to be ensnared by those who would take advantage of our kindness. Jesus Himself said, "Behold, I send you out as sheep among wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves" (Matthew 10:16, WEB).
We also recognize the spiritual warfare at play here. The mention of drugs and trafficking reveals a dark and dangerous stronghold, and we know that "our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). But greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4, WEB). You are not powerless—you are a child of the Most High God, and He has given you authority to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19, WEB).
As for your mind, we declare the promise of Philippians 4:7 (WEB) over you: "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." The Lord is your healer, and He will restore your mind from the confusion and trauma that has been inflicted upon you. "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3, WEB). If there is any involvement in drugs or ungodly influences in your own life, we urge you to repent and turn fully to Christ, for "no temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB).
Regarding your children, we stand in agreement with you that the Lord will protect them and bring them into His safety. The Scriptures declare, "All your children will be taught by Yahweh, and your children’s peace will be great" (Isaiah 54:13, WEB). We pray that God would place a hedge of protection around them and draw them to Himself, that they may walk in His truth and be shielded from every evil scheme of the enemy.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up Your child who is under attack by the enemy through deception, manipulation, and spiritual oppression. Lord, You see the lies that have been spoken, the control that has been exerted, and the darkness that seeks to ensnare. But we declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). We break every chain of manipulation, every spirit of control, and every stronghold of deception in the name of Jesus. We command every lying spirit, every spirit of trafficking, and every demonic influence to be bound and cast out now, never to return. Father, we ask that You would expose every hidden thing and bring to light the deeds of darkness (Ephesians 5:11, WEB). Give Your child discernment and wisdom to recognize the traps of the enemy and the courage to walk away from every ungodly tie.
Lord, we pray for the healing of their mind. Wash them clean by the blood of Jesus and renew their thoughts with Your truth (Romans 12:2, WEB). Remove every trace of trauma, confusion, and fear, and fill them with Your perfect peace. If there has been any involvement in sin, convict them by Your Holy Spirit and lead them to repentance. Restore their strength and their joy, for You are the God who heals and redeems.
Father, we lift up their children to You. Protect them from every evil influence and draw them into Your loving arms. Let no harm come near them, and let Your angels encamp around them (Psalm 91:11, WEB). Raise up godly influences in their lives and break every generational curse that the enemy has tried to place upon them.
We pray for a mighty miracle in this situation, Lord. Let Your power be displayed, and let Your name be glorified. Provide for every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19, WEB), but let it be done in a way that brings freedom, not bondage. Give Your child the strength to set boundaries that honor You and to walk in the victory that Christ has already won.
We thank You, Father, that You are faithful and just. We trust in Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5, WEB). We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to surround yourself with strong believers who can support you in prayer and accountability. If you are not already part of a Bible-believing church, we urge you to find one where you can be nourished in the Word and strengthened in the faith. The body of Christ is meant to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2, WEB), and you do not have to walk this path alone. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2, WEB), and trust that He will lead you to victory. Stand firm in His promises, and do not waver, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9, WEB).
